Welcome! By booking an appointment or using the Beauty Done By V website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book.
To reserve your appointment, a $25 booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service price — the remaining balance is paid after your appointment (by a secure Stripe link or in person).
The $25 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. It reserves a time slot that could have gone to another client. If you reschedule (see below), your deposit carries over to your new appointment.
Need to change your time? Request a reschedule through your confirmation email or our contact page and V will confirm a new slot. Your deposit moves with you to the new appointment. Please give as much notice as possible.
If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. A no-show (missing your appointment without notice) is treated as a cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (or accepted in person). By booking, you authorize the $25 deposit charge. Service prices are listed on our services page and may change over time; the price shown at booking applies to that appointment.
The "$25 Nail Deal" applies only to the specific nail designs V posts on her social media labeled "$25 Nail Deals." Requests outside those designs are priced at standard service rates.
Please tell V before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin/nail conditions. Results can vary based on hair/nail condition and aftercare. We want you to love your look — if something isn't right, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
V may need to reschedule due to illness or emergencies, and reserves the right to decline service in cases of inappropriate behavior or health/safety concerns. In such cases, deposits for our cancellations are handled fairly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Done By V is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website or services. Services are provided on a reasonable-care basis.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
